As underpinning and foundation specialists, Falcon offers a wide range of effective and economic solutions to all types of remedial and new foundation problems. We provide a range of underpinning and foundation repair systems including Mass Concrete Underpinning, Beam and Base, Mini-piled underpinning and Reinforced Concrete Works.

Our highly trained engineers and surveyors are experienced in assessing the problem and providing the most appropriate system for the job. A number of factors influence the choice, including the nature of the building, the underlying ground conditions and the severity and extent of the damage.

We utilise a wide range of plant and equipment, from mini piling rigs, specifically designed to gain access into inaccessible sites, to larger piling rigs for use in general open sites, enabling us to construct suitable foundation solutions in the majority of ground conditions.

Falcon’s underpinning solutions are ideal for all types of buildings from domestic residences to commercial properties and even historic buildings. Falcon is happy to look at any size of underpinning project – from large to small-scale jobs.

Falcon is a member of the Association of Specialist Underpinning Contractors (ASUC), has achieved Safe Contractor, Construction Line, SMAS, ALTIUS accreditations and holds a CSCS gold certificate of commitment.
