Falcon Structural Repairs have commenced on a large domestic property in the Kentish town area of North London. Following significant structural movement to the left hand flank wall we were appointed to design and install a structural shoring system and install Falcon Tie Bars as temporary restraints at all floor levels.

Once temporarily stabilised, we have commissioned a full soil and ground investigation survey and are currently designing a pile and beam foundation solution. Due to the degree of movement, we are undertaking temporary localised rebuilding of high level brickwork and installation of stainless steel bed joint reinforcement across the spandrel panels to each window to provide additional strength.
