Structural Crack Repair Operative, with bricklaying or plastering background with minimum NVQ level 2 trade qualification. Must be hard working, presentable and reliable with clean driving licence.  Works will primarily be North London, East and West London along with Home Counties. You would be often working in small teams of 2-4 on sites typically in or around occupied domestic properties.

Main Responsibilities:

• Brickwork Repairs
• Brickwork Replacement
• Subsidence Repairs
• Plaster Repairs
• Crack Repairs and Reinforcement works
• Render Repairs
• Some multiskilled/carpentry works

The following are essential:

Previous experience within construction industry working on domestic projects with a recognised skills qualification.

• Ability to communicate to a variety of clients and construction professionals
• Presentable
• Problem solving and common sense thinking.
• Ability to read and understand schedules of work and drawings.
• CSCS Card or other recognised basic H&S training
• Full driving licence.
